Problema para jugar a los Sims

Lo primero de todo... ¡hola! Soy nueva por aquí :)

Tengo un (grandisimo) problema con los Sims. Los instalé, entro en el juego y cuando está cargando la ciudad se me cierra y vuelve al escritorio, sin darme ningún tipo de mensaje de error.

Comprobé con el programa Can You Run it? si el ordenador cumplía los requisitos necesarios para jugar y así es... estuve buscando por aquí a ver si había algún tema en el que se preguntase lo mismo y alguién aconsejó desinstalar el programa (teniendo cuidado de borrar todas las carpetas) y volver a instalarlo. Lo hice, y nada...

¿A alguién le pasó lo mismo y descubrió como arreglarlo?

Hola! a mi me pasa echactamente lo mismo al entrar en la ciudad se queda pillado sale una pantalla negra i se va al escritorio, lo e desinstalado varias veces pero me sigue pasando lo mismo.

ami me pasaba con la computadora vieja porque la placa no era la necesaria para el uso del juego, luego descubri que la habia fundido haganla revisar

pues sinceramente me imagino q debe ser problema de tu targeta de video, prueba a actualizar su controlador
